Mallory-Ignition.com can easily be returned for a refund for the amount paid for the product. Mallory-Ignition.com accepts these
returns within 30 days of receipt when accompanied with a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA number).
- All items returned must have the RGA number and be received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition.
- They must include the original packaging, parts, and any paperwork to receive a refund for the item.
- Any refunds will exclude shipping, handling or brokerage charges.
- Some products may require a 15% restocking fee and all items are subject to inspection before a credit is issued.
- Mallory-Ignition.com does not accept returns on used, modified, painted or customized products.

New Item Credit
Returned items must meet our returns criteria to receive credit.
- The original credit card used to place the order will be credited for the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax,
excluding any shipping costs.
- An email will be sent confirming receipt of your return and your credit.
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing and two billing cycles to show on your statement.
If an item arrives with a defect, please contact us for an RGA number according to our normal Return Procedure instructions. Defective
